What about shipping? Can I return or exchange my product? If you were sent the wrong item or you received a defective item, simply return the item(s) within 15 days in a secure package including your receipt and we will exchange the item or refund your credit card. For your protection, please use UPS, Insured Parcel Post or Federal Express for return shipment. Once Stillwater Screenprinting receives your returned item(s), you will be shipped an exchange item or, if you prefer, your card will be reimbursed for the price of the item and sales tax (if any), but not for any shipping costs. - All returned items must have a receipt.
